California-Mexico Initiative - Inaugural Summit 2024

The California-Mexico Initiative, led by Tzunu Strategies, Mexican American Opportunity Foundation (MAOF), CHIRLA, AltaMed, and Entravision, organized a powerful delegation of state and local elected officials, heads of key organizations, and business sector leaders to convene at a summit in Mexico City on November 11-12.

This year’s summit focused on three major issues: economic prosperity, energy policy, and social and cultural exchanges. By fostering dialogue and collaboration on these critical topics, it built a stronger, more interconnected future. Together, the participants not only confronted the challenges posed by division but also celebrated shared values and aspirations to create a brighter path forward for both California and Mexico, enriching communities and driving shared success for generations to come.

Thank you for joining us and embracing this opportunity to strengthen our ties and work toward a future marked by cooperation, innovation, and mutual respect.
